Looking Beyond Tomorrow, Into The Future

Our Core Mission
:
Students, Education, Stewardship!

Community College Mission: "To contribute to and inform our local community."

Formal and non-formal methods of teaching help students acquire the basics of this field. These include

  • a scientific foundation
  • understanding of social and economic concepts
  • awareness of the behaviors that protect or damage the earth and its resources.

Students in Environmental Studies are trained for exciting career opportunities in some of the fastest growing fields in the country. Participants range from entry-level students to already trained professionals. Highly qualified faculty and experienced students make this a rich learning opportunity.

Support from the Morgan Family Foundation

The Morgan Family Foundation has generously donated $50,000 to the Environmental Stewardship Program for 2009/2010 to continue our stewardship studies in Santa Clara County!

The Morgan Family Foundation has also pledged another $50,000 match challenge! Won't you help us in our efforts to continue our stewardship efforts in one of the most beautiful outdoor labs in the state - Santa Clara County. Help us educate a new generation of environmental scientists and meet our match challenge!
